Plant a Seed is a food design experiment that explores the interplay between nature and artifice. Using agar agar jelly as a medium, different seeds and seedlings are embedded within, creating a delicate juxtaposition of natural growth within an artificial, translucent structure.

Kaja Poestges is a Multi-disciplinary designer and art director with focus on Visual Identities, exhibition design and Information Design. Her cross-media work ranges between digital Design, UI/UX, 3D design, communication design, Scenography and moving image.
